This is a performance-driven environment. Access to opportunities is earned through action, not intention.

01. Communication & Responsiveness

>> You are expected to respond to messages within a reasonable timeframe (preferably within minutes, not hours).
>> Ignoring messages or delayed responses will be treated as lack of seriousness.
>> All official communication channels must be checked regularly.

02. Attendance & Punctuality

>> You must join all scheduled calls and sessions on time.
>> Repeated lateness is considered a performance issue.
>> Missing sessions without prior notice may result in removal.

03. Commitment & Follow-Through

>> If you say you will join, you are expected to show up.
>> If you commit to a task, you are expected to complete it.
>> No follow-through = no place in the system.

04. Proactiveness

>> You are expected to take initiative without being told.
>> Waiting for instructions constantly is not acceptable.
>> High performers act first, then refine.

05. Activity Expectation

>> Daily activity is mandatory (learning, outreach, or execution).
>> Inactivity will be treated as disengagement.
>> Consistency matters more than bursts of effort.

06. Ghosting Policy

>> Disappearing without communication is immediate grounds for removal.
>> No follow-ups will be made to inactive candidates.
>> Re-entry is not guaranteed.

07. Performance Accountability

>> You are responsible for your own results.
>> Excuses, delays, and inconsistency will not be tolerated.
>> Feedback will be direct and performance-based.

08. Workspace & Accessibility

>> Maintain responsiveness across WhatsApp groups, emails, and calls during work hours.
>> Ensure a reliable workspace: a stable internet connection, continuous electricity, and a functional computer.
>> In the event of an emergency, proactively inform your designated points of contact regarding your unavailability.

09. Continued Access

We value mutual commitment. Access may be reviewed if we observe:

[ X ] Prolonged unresponsiveness without prior notice
[ X ] Habitual absence from scheduled sessions
[ X ] A complete lack of system activity over time

Consistent disengagement indicates this environment may not be the right fit.
